About Us

Our multicultural and diverse team – comprising chemical engineers, chemists, and materials scientists – brings a strong foundation of core values and a broad perspective to our experimental research. We are committed to applying our expertise in chemical engineering within a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. Through our dynamic and interdisciplinary approach, we work cohesively within our specialised sub-groups, Ammonia and Nanoparticles, to reinforce and advance our collective research objectives.

Research

We investigate emerging semiconductor materials and relate their fundamental properties to device performance using advanced spectroscopic techniques.

Impact

Explore our publications covering research from fluid dynamics and process modelling through to catalysis and advanced materials for sustainable chemical engineering.

People

The CaPI group is an interdisciplinary group of engineers, material scientists and chemists. We focus on the development of sustainable chemical technologies, combining multi-disciplinary aspects of reaction engineering, process integration, and heterogeneous catalysis.

Joining us

We welcome enquiries from prospective students and researchers interested in working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
